EIA Regulations must be formulated in Dhivehi language: Civil Court

The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations of the Maldives should be formulated in Dhivehi language, the Maldivian Civil Court has ruled today.

The EIA Regulations of the Maldives was formulated in 2007 under the Environmental Protected and Preservation Act (Act 4/93).
